Craniosacral Sessions

You don’t have to live with pain

Pain can be current or historical trauma.

Sometimes it manifests physically – jaw pain, concussions, Bells Palsy, scar tissue, chronic back pain, migraines, or depression

And sometimes we feel it when navigating life transitions like divorce, career changes, empty nests, moving house and more.

Craniosacral Work may help relieve all kinds of pain.

Craniosacral Work is a light-touch bodywork that optimizes the movement of cerebrospinal fluid through the spine and around the skull.

This healing modality is deeply relaxing.

It helps build resilience and restore balance.

In-Person Sessions

$165

All in-person sessions take place in my New Haven CT office, located right of I-91. On your first visit, I’ll meet you in the lobby and bring you up to my office.

We will sit and talk for a few minutes to determine what our session will look like, understanding what is showing up today creates a clear intention for the work. When we are ready, you get on my massage table fully clothed. I introduce your system to my system with a light touch and we progress from there. You are in charge. I encourage you to give feedback as we move through our session.

Sessions are 75-minutes.

You’ll find that the effects of our work extend far beyond the time in my office.

Distance Sessions

$165

Craniosacral work is highly effective even from a distance.

During our Zoom or phone session we will:

  • Listen to your body to identify which areas need attention

  • Connect with your energy to facilitate healing

  • Learn to support your nervous system, especially when stressed

  • Tap into your body’s inner wisdom

Distance work is preferred by some of my clients, as it gives you easy access to a relaxing and calm environment directly after our session. No need to get in the car and drive home!

Sessions are 60-minutes, with a follow up call when necessary.

“I’m so grateful that my path led me to The Milne Institute and Ellen Lenson. She is both a gifted healer and teacher, explaining the information and demonstrating techniques clearly, then giving her students the space (well-supported!) to explore and find their own gifts. Even if you never practice craniosacral work yourself, you will still find these classes life-changing.”

I Believe...

  • Credentials and training matter. I am a licensed massage therapist as well as an extensively trained and certified Visionary Craniosacral Work® practitioner.

  • Resilience is the key to balanced living. Our work is largely focused on helping you release pain and trauma so you can “bounce back” to a steady state with ease.

  • Healing is a joint effort. I don’t heal you – you do the healing work yourself. Your body shows us the way, and by listening we find the path.

  • Healing clinical pain often leads to deeper transformations. Clients often find themselves healing from childhood trauma and subconscious pain as well as releasing acute or chronic physical pain.
  • You can live without pain.

Let me help you come home to yourself – feeling complete and content in mind, body, and soul.
