I trained under Hugh Milne, and I teach through the Milne Institute. I have a deep respect for Hugh’s visionary work, and I’m honored to pass his teaching and values to the next generation of Visionary Craniosacral Work® practitioners.

Learning with me at the Milne Institute is a deep, thorough process. I believe you need education, practice, and mentorship to show up fully for others. I’ll support you as you dive deep within yourself, as well as try new holds and skills, so you feel confident with your new skills.
Investing in Your Training
You can choose to follow a certification track or simply learn for your own benefit and education.
When you invest in certification, you’ll receive active mentorship along the seven levels of training.
Certification involves rigorous coursework, exams, session work, feedback, and mentorship.
As an experienced teacher, I meet you where you are when you walk through my door. Your training is designed to help you become the practitioner you want to be.

Why Visionary Craniosacral Work®?

From day one, VCSW® practitioners learn to be deeply present – with ourselves and with our clients. It is from our own deep well that we show up for you, our client.
Hugh has brought together his life experience as a 3rd generation osteopath and spiritual seeker to create a series of courses that equally value the technical and the intuitive. Our learning is broad and deep, and taps into all our areas of perception.
Everything we learn revolves around The Heart of Listening, Hugh’s beautiful book. Our work is highly personal. There is no set treatment or arbitrary approach to healing. VCSW®teaches us to be highly attuned and listen closely to what each individual’s body and spirit is communicating. Visionary Craniosacral Work® helps create an open heart, a clear head, and a free body.
