Why Yoga?

Yoga deeply informs my life. I’ve studied and practiced yoga regularly since 1999.  It was through my yoga practice that I first learned about the power of craniosacral work.

Yoga is a wonderful way to:

  • Release pain

  • Restore ease of movement

  • Alleviate stress

  • Connect with your body

  • Address specific trouble areas

  • Become a fully integrated human

Personal Practice

Yoga is a powerful, restorative practice. 

I teach private and group classes that are designed to help you find ease in your body.  

In a private session I will address your unique concerns. Learning more about your body will deepen your practice and help you show up fully. You will benefit more from future yoga classes at home or in person.
